Descriptif missionThe Supply Chain Project Coordinator is the guarantor that Supply Chain is installed at Dubai to state-of-the-art standards, using the One Safran reference framework. The role defines the Supply Chain maturity roadmap for Dubai and accompanies the future Dubai Supply Chain Manager(s) as their hands-on right hand through this maturity journey.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

o Pilot the maturity deployment of the Supply Chain discipline at the Dubai site, ensuring processes, tools and practices are installed to state-of-the-art / One Safran standards.

o Define and maintain the Supply Chain maturity roadmap for Dubai (Qualifying level, Bronze, and subsequent levels), aligned with the One Safran maturity grid.

o Deploy and maintain the One Safran Supply Chain handbook, maturity grids, standard KPIs, and QRQC methodology at the Dubai site.

o Report maturity progress and KPIs to the Supply Chain BPM/BPO, acting as the functional reference point for Supply Chain topics at Dubai.

o Identify gaps versus the One Safran reference framework and define, track, and close the associated action plans.

o Support and coach the future Dubai Supply Chain Manager(s) in building their team's maturity, acting as their hands-on "right hand" during the ramp-up phase.

o Facilitate QRQC routines and structured problem-solving within the discipline at Dubai.

o Represent the Supply Chain discipline (not a specific product line) across all Dubai projects.

o Benchmark Dubai's practices against other Safran Seats and Safran sites and bring back best practices from the One Safran network.

o Build Dubai team capability in Supply Chain through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.

o Escalate maturity risks or resource gaps to the BPM/BPO and the Dubai Industrial Project Manager.

o Pilot the maturity of S&OP, supplier qualification, inventory management, and logistics practices at Dubai against the One Safran Supply Chain maturity grid.

o Support the structuring of the Dubai supplier panel and procurement processes in line with One Safran standards.
